A versatile shrub offering visual appeal throughout the year, the Nannyberry has striking white blossoms in Spring, followed by a transition to burgundy foliage and deep blueish-black fruit come Fall. This sizeable upright shrub has the capacity to spread and establish colonies, making it ideal for privacy screens or hedgerows. With proper pruning to remove suckers and stem management, it can also be cultivated as a tree. 

Native to Ontario

Viburnum is best grown in a medium, well-drained soil, in full sun or partial shade. Any necessary pruning should be done soon after flowering to ensure next year's bud set.
